Just when we REALLY needed it, the car has a stuffed transmisison and we can't use it for towing. In fact not for anything much. Almost $4000 to get it sorted.
All the ceilings are done, the toilet and kitchen painting is done and the wet areas should be next up. Looked at flooring for the lounge-dining area and the veranda floor this week and will order it next week. The Bank actually came through with the extra we need to finish the house! Had to have the place valued first, but all went through ok.
