Rare species sighted in Broadford!

We have a plumber!
All the guttering is on and tomorrow Tim promises to put the verandah roof on. It's been a busy week since we got back from New Zealand. We've tiled the ensuite and bathroom walls, put on more architrave and a little skirting in the kitchen and half tiled the kitchen splashbacks. Today we got some screenings to help with the mud around the back of the house after nearly 10 days of light rain. (This is what had held up the plumber.)We also got some salamander topping to create a turning circle for people who DON'T have a 4WD.
Tomorrow we have the grouting in the bathroom adn ensuite to go and then we should be able to fit it off later this week. With a bit of luck we can start to put the flooring in the lounge ready for the celebrations on the weekend.
