Well we came home after 24 hours away for a 50th party to the sound of running water in the house. The pipe to the solar hot water system ahd burst and the ceiling had collapsed onto the couch and coffee table and water filled the whole house to 2" deep.
All to do again. Thank heavens for Insurance.

Oh NO! After all your hard work. Finally, I've remembered to leave a comment - you know, the one I said I'd leave when I saw you at the Kilmore Quilters Show a month ago, I'm a bit slow sometimes (OK, a lot of the time!). Sorry I missed you at Kilmore Quilters in October, remembering to go would be the trick, maybe I'll remember this month, you never know. I hope you are getting everything dried out.
